Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
In addition to traditional Reiki, alternative energy healing technique and energy clearing can be introduced to promote balance within the body. Many of these techniques can be used at home to promote continued balance and healing.

It is important to understand or recognize our own vibration before we can separate outside interference. One way to do this is to meditate. I can feel the eye rolling now.. but many people find themselves in walks in nature, gardening, playing with children, yoga, martial arts, dance or hiking.
WELL, I'M STILL CRYING FOR NO REASON..
First, let's energetically clean our environment and then ourselves. I highly recomment saging your home and workspace often. You can sage yourself, pray if you are religious or if you are spiritual, ask the universe for assistance in moving the energy on to a higher vibration.
